Solid ceramic inserts
■Ceramic Introduction:
Our solid ceramic inserts are sintered by Cold Pressing and Hot Pressing differently, manufactured by the imported precision equipments, thus ensuring the stability and reliability of our quality. Until now, we have developed seven kinds of ceramic grades through our continuous efforts. They are widely used in the manufacturing fields of aerospace, machinery, automobile and ships. The performance of products had been closed to the level of others competitors and to save more costs for our customers.
■Feature and Advantages：
● Silicon Nitride Series ceramic have excellent impact resistance, oxidation resistance, suitable for roughing of cast iron.
● Alumina Titanium Nitride series ceramics have excellent temperature resistance, wear resistance and resistance to collapse, suitable for roughing or finishing of cast iron and hardened steel.
● Alumina whisker ceramic have excellent wear resistance and resistance to chipping, suitable for machining of high-temperature alloy.
